Types of Neck Pain
Neck pain is a broader term concerning discomfort anywhere in the neck area, and in some cases extending down to the upper back and shoulder.
Characteristics of neck pain include:
Muscle ache or spasm
Discomfort in the neck, upper back or shoulders
Stiffness in the neck area
A reduced range of motion or ability to turn the head
Pain that radiates down one or both arms (and sometimes the legs)

Your Oska Pulse is guaranteed to arrive to you in perfect condition. If your device is not working properly for any reason, we will replace it immediately, free of charge.
Replace must occur within 14 days of delivery and an original receipt is required (occasionally, we may offer certain purchasers a time extension of this guarantee at our sole discretion, which will be confirmed, to them, in writing)
Replace must be approved by the oska.store team first.
Please note that orders placed directly through oska.store are eligible for a return. Devices sold through other channels are subject to their replace policies. Devices purchased from unauthorized sources or resold by the original purchaser are NOT eligible for replace or warranty.
The Oska Pulse device, compression wrap(s) and charging cable are ALL required to be returned to us (not just the device itself).
Replace will NOT be processed until we have received the device and other components.
If the device has been damaged from mistreatment, exposure to water, or has been tampered with, the replacement will be voided.
Small and large replacement compression wraps are not eligible for a refund if they have been removed from their packaging.
Electronic devices, especially those of a medical nature, should be handled with care and in accordance with the User Manual. Replace and / or Warranty may be voided if a returned unit is deemed to have been damaged by the user in such instances as water damage, excessive heat, defective power sources or dropping the unit.
OUR REPLACE CONDITIONS - SHIPPING AND HANDLING
For Hong Kong S.A.R. and Macau S.A.R. based customers: we will replace a new device plus pay for free return shipping, the shipping cost back to our office is your own responsibility.
Alternatively you can bring the Oska Pulse to our Customer Service Centre at Cyberport 3C L9, 100 Cyberport Road, Hong Kong. We will arrange the checking and replacement for you. Before you come please contact us directly to schedule an appointment: +852 98623320
OSKA PULSE - WARRANTY
Your Oska Pulse is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition.
We offer a one year warranty from the date you receive Oska Pulse.
If your device is not working properly for any reason, please firstname.lastname@example.org +852 98623320 (Normal office hours are M-F 9:00am - 6:00PM) and we will help troubleshoot what the problem might be. If the problem cannot be resolved easily, we will have you return the device to us. We will replace the Oska Pulse device immediately.
Your warranty will be voided if the device has been damaged from mistreatment, been exposed to water, or has been tampered with.
